A
group of medical doctors, surgeons, dentists and
professionals have been involved working together
in medical missions since 1999. In 2004 the team
was expanded and formed the CDO Lifeline Ministries
– which is a ‘Non-Government Organization.
They seek to :-
“Provide physical wellness to the underprivileged,
the tribal groups, and others in need in Mindanao,
and the rest of the Philippines. They undertake
services such as free medical, dental, surgical,
nutrition and healthcare.” The team is lead
by Dr. Reuben and Jiji Sedigo and has approximately
50 medical personnel.
Over the last two years Barnabas Ministry has
come to know and appreciate this team and the
wonderful work they do. One Saturday each month
they go as a team to distant locations and conduct
a days free medical mission with about 1,000 patients.
Over the last 18 months Barnabas Ministry has
been able to fund CDO Lifeline Ministries for
most of their Medical Mission work. Thanks to
generous donations to Barnabas Ministry.
